In the Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy Douglas Adams had a lot to say on the subject of Perspective, introducing Zaphod Beeblebrox to the Total Perspective Vortex a great machine that extrapolated the entire Universe from a piece of fairy cake. When turned on it would show you your place in the order of things. Well, thankfully we don’t have to go to such extremes to get a bit of that sweet perspective action.
