Meow! The work of Sas Christian is simply outrageously good. Her detailed paintings of shiny-eyed girls are often mistaken for photographs, or computer generated paintings they are so finely delicate. Her use of light, and the sheer shininess achieved with her brushes is jaw-dropping, and it’s easy to get sucked in and lost in those bright, wide eyes and full lips.
The lady herself was born in London, and survived boarding school where she was sent during her teenage years. Now happily married to fellow creative genius Colin Christian, together they are a formidable team of art assassins.
