Carisa Swenson has a slight obsession with bunnies, but not just the ordinary hopalong kind. We’re talking more like the Goodies version of Watership Down, if you remember that. Carisa takes her furry inspiration and creates these amazingly macabre sculptures, that fulfill the kind of creepy-cool that we like here so much at Nobody. Our favourite is the blue bunny, who’s name just happens to be one of our favourites too – Edgar.

Paper Machete
It is hard to believe that French artist KriSoft (Christophe Goussault) creates amazing scuptures from simply paper and glue, or rather paper mache as it is more well known. His delicately mashed together paper creations are not only fragile and beautiful but stunning in their complexity. The attention to detail is wonderful and there’s that little touch of creepy that makes them even more perfect.
More than just a pretty face
I have been a fan of Colin and Sas Christian’s work for a while. This Thunderdome of a creative duo are simply supersonic! Today we’re tingling your art-appreciative tastebuds with Colin’s delicious sculptures. A full-time artist and self-confessed geek he is represented by the Opera Gallery in New York. He’s a sucker for cartoon lasses and bright eyed maidens with tiny waists and big – er herm – assets… not that we’re complaining! Look out for a delectable show he is currently working on with his lovely lady Sas, which is guaranteed to inflame the senses at the space at the Opera Gallery in March.
